One on one or semi private sessions, focussed on your specific needs/goals, improving technique, maintaining your discipline and motivation.

Strength Circuit classes utilising a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises to strengthen your whole body proportionately. You’ll be coached in proper technique, increasing your understanding of good body alignment and movement while you strengthen.

STEEL FIT

Kickfit classes with added kickboxing elements to the Boxfit style fitness sessions many have come to know and enjoy (like kicking and kneeing pads, to work your legs and core). This is a full body cardio workout.

SUPPLE STEEL

Mobility classes to improve your flexibility and functional movement. Perform stretches, movements and hold positions (sometimes with the aid of straps and rollers etc) to increase range of mobility at any level/ability.
